You're absolutely right. Yildiz Warren is UNBELIEVABLE. I worked for her for 4 months which felt like 4 years. I quit on 09/03/2012...just sick of her and her arrogant attitude.

I'd like to recount my ordeal with this _____ here.

I had driven from Toughkenamon, PA to Commerce, GA in one shot. I drove illegally and I know and admit it. Thats the way its done at R&W, and I knew that going in. When I got to Commerce, GA, I stopped. I was 90 mins away from delivery and had plenty of time to do laundry, take a shower and complete my paperwork. That is, until the reefer unit stopped. It wouldn't start. I'd called Yildiz Warren and told her what had happened and then called "Mark" a reefer Tech that had helped us out before. Yildiz Warren knew that there was a problem with the reefer unit since 08/29/2012 ... actually much longer than that because it had constantly generated codes for the 4 months I had pulled it. When I first spoke with "Mark", he advised bridging terminals on the starter which had worked... on 08/29/2012.

She had hired a new driver, some joker named Randi with an alleged 30 yrs experience pulling reefer. She put this idiot on the phone and he's doing his best to impress his new boss, claiming that the reefer shut down because there wasn't enough oil. It was code 31 that popped up on the reefer, and I'd told Mark - the actual and Certified Reefer Tech about all codes that popped up including this one. So this joker Randi tells me that I don't have enough oil in the reefer unit because code 31 came up. Mind you, I had added oil on 08/29/2012 - and the unit was 1/8 of an inch below full on oil. This 30 yr veteran "truck driver" claimed that being 1/8th of an inch from full on the oil dipstick was what caused the unit to shut off. If you've pulled a reefer for a week or more, you know thats a G*d-###### lie.

Yildiz Warren has never driven a truck, does not drive a truck and cannot drive a truck she can barely drive a car. She is reliant upon what she's told by "friends". Well, this 'friend' Randi had told her and me a fat lie. Mark had said that that was a lie - a reefer unit won't shut-off due to oil level unless its at half or below. Nathan, the technician who finally got it started (from Turbo Truck Center in Gainesville GA) also agreed that what Randi had said was a lie. Yildiz Warren ignored the advice of two certified technicians and believed her new driver Randi. How stupid can someone be?

Even though two certified technicians had advised her that the problem wasn't due to oil level, but rather a bad oil sensor and blown fuse, she believes an idiot that she met online and hired. Unbelievable. The whole breakdown wasted 5 hours of time - she didn't want to pay after-hours rates but eventually had to because there was a temperature recorder on the load. Dealing with him wasted 30 minutes of my time. I put off doing the paperwork in favor of sleep. Big mistake.

Yildiz had agreed to get her paperwork on Monday evening, but then - as usual - changed up and demanded it immediately. I had 5 hrs of unpaid time wasted dealing with her reefer unit and I had driven over 750 miles in one day for this creature to demand paperwork from me without giving me a chance to complete it. After she demanded her paperwork immediately, I just gave up. I had a 3rd degree burn on my arm from the exhaust stack, had been working on a reefer for 2+ hrs, had been second-guessed by an idiot, and I was tired. I left her keys at the front desk of the hotel, so no one could steal the truck, and left the paperwork in the truck itself.

Well, 4 hrs after picking up the truck, she comes back to my hotel with the Police, demanding BOLs I'd already given her. I emptied every bag I had and my briefcase - going page by page of every piece of paper I'd had in my possession so the Officers could see that I didn't have any BOLs for her company. No BOLs. Why? Because the she likely threw them out when she cleaned the truck. She has a few personality disorders (not a joke and no ones perfect) and one of them is a weird thing about Other People's cleanliness..she wants the truck spotless at all times. I run hard when I can, because I see truck diving as a paycheck - not a lifestyle, and the truck is a tool, not a "home". We had had confrontations about what constituted clean before and she had suggested that she clean the truck and I pay her $150...well I paid the $150, but in a month and a half she never cleaned the truck. Did I leave a mess when I left? You bet. A $150 mess. No bodily fluids or crap like that, just a mess.

When she threw out 8 alleged bags of trash (must have been small bags) I think she threw her BOLs out too. Either that or Randi chucked'em.

Thing is, she has you sign a document stating that you can't be paid wages owed unless paperwork is turned-in and complete. So if she claims that she never got the BOLs (and why would it take 4 and a half hrs to realize this?) then she doesn't have to pay.

NOW FOR THE GOOD PART

Even after manipulating the Police (she claims that she lots of 'cop friends') and wasting their time in a city like Atlanta, Ga - Yildiz just isn't happy.

So she filed an "Application for Criminal Warrant" against me for her lost BOLs claiming "theft by conversion". You may never have heard of such a stupid thing, but its real. Georgia allows its citizens, even after the Police have come out and determined that nothing criminal has occurred, to request the arrest of an individual for a percieved wrong. As retarded as it sounds its true. And if you don't show up, a warrant can (likely will ) be issued for your arrest. Imagine that, cruising along, DOT inspection in Bunghole, USA and they decide to run a criminal check. Now, you're arrested for something that you never did.

So I have to show up at court to state the same thing that the Police put in their report (12-247-2002-00). I have to face this rat-like creature and her "witnesses". Yeah, I know, she's already twisted the law and probaly does know a few cops...but if I don't nip this is in the bud, I suffer later. This thing (Yildiz) is as crooked as they come. But she'll talk about God and honesty. Her God isn't Allah, its Moo-lah. And she'll do anything for it. She has ridiculous self-esteem, and really thinks she's some kind of celebrity. If you can't achieve it it, just believe it I guess. If you want "to get with her", she charges half your paycheck - this is according to her. I didn't think a grey-toothed (literally grey teeth as in rotting teeth), tattooed and sagging 45 yr-old worth $50 let alone half my paycheck. But maybe someone out there did.

She is a poster child for Bitter Woman Syndrome. Everyone else is bad but she's purer than Christ. Thats why she lost 6 drivers in 4 months running only 2 trucks.

When all's well, she'll pay you. When things get tight (because Produce season doesn't last forever) she'll try to run you 400+ miles of DH and won't pay a dime. She's a piece of work - in the way a constipated dog's doodie is a piece of work. And if the women in from Turkey are like her, I can almost understand why the guys from her hometown Izmir, Turkey do things like this.

Don't let this woman play you, and lie to you to use your sympathy...her abuse and rape stories change every time she tells them. Just stay away from her and let her destroy herself.
4 months, and the nightmare's over. I never should have waited so long.

Hi there my wife just started working for her about a week ago since my wife only has 17 months experience the owner of R&W transportation inc told my wife that she would have to allow her to deduct $167.50 from her weekly pay check for her insurance increasing witch was ok with my wife we agreed to that amount to be dedicated each week my wife asked the owner of R&W transportation inc when she first started working for her if it was ok if I could ride with her in the truck because I have drove a truck for the last 16 years and also had been a Co - owner of a trucking company with my dad for almost 10 years and that I helped her on the road and teach her things that she didn't know and the owner said that would be fine and made me the husband Singh a paper stating that I would not hold R&W transportation inc responsible of any thing that may or may not happen to me why on her truck witch was ok with me also my wife informed the owner in advance that she didn't and would not run illegal i the husband told the owner that yes i did know how to make a log book look good but wanted to teach my wife the right way and proper way to do a log book that over the past 16 years i have messed up my CDL license by running for out - law company's and it was very hard now for me to get a driving job with a reppitubal trucking company now and that I didn't want my wife to mess up her CDL license the way I did and that we were very picky about the equipment and that my wife knew how to do a legal pre - trip inspection on both the truck and trailer and that she did one every day as the DOT required and the owner stated that that was very good and that she does not want or ask for her drivers to run illegal and then the owner stated that her equipment was in very good condition and that she took very good care of her equipment witch as we found out very quickly that the owner only feed us both a bunch of lies and on the first load out was loading in Gainesville ga and was delivering in browser ny the load was supposed to load in Gainesville ga at 4pm on Monday evening but didn't get there to load until 7am Monday evening because we had to go to the shop and get some lights fixed and then had to go get the truck and trailer washed and trailer washed out then get fuel as we were instructed to do so by the owner even though we didn't arrive at the shipper until 7pm at 3am Tuesday morning the shipping office informed my wife that they were still waiting on 3 pallets and at 4am Tuesday morning they told my wife that she was loaded and we sent the owner a text message as she requested letting her know that we we're loaded and leaving the shipper and she still wanted my wife to deliver the load in ny by 9am wensday morning even after my wife informed the owner that the broker on the load had called her her being my wife and informed her that the load was Dew to be delivered at that time but because he had just found out what time we had actually got loaded he was going to reschedule the delivery Dew to her not getting loaded until 4am on Tuesday plus there was a severe winter storm hitting right were we were heading as we got into pa the weather become very very bad the roads were almost impossible to see and with in 10 to 15 miles there were about 3 or 4 trucks over turned and cars in the middle and cars spinning out in the hiway so at that time my wife called the owner of R&W transportation inc and informed her of how severe the weather done become and that she didn't feel comfortable continuing to drive in it and the owner told her to keep going the load had to be delivered by 9am and my wife informed the that the broker on the load had contacted her being my wife and informed her that he was going to reschedule the delivery Dewto her not ggetting loaded until almost 12 hours after are apartment time and the owner become very upset and said no no I told them I wanted to deliver at 9am and that she was going to contact the broker and inform them not to change the delivery apartment also on top of the weather and the almost 900 mile run we were having trouble with the trailer lights some times we would have turn signals some times we would not then some times we would turn a the right turn signal or the right turn signal and the 4 ways would come on and there were lights out on the trailer and the owner wanted my wife to keep on driving then on top of it the owner wanted my wife to do a 705 miles over night plus the the 119 dead head and also do a 2 drop by 4pm the next day also witch would of been 900 miles if not more in less then 24 hours as we all know that is not legal at all and even more asking someone that only has 17 months experience and in the type of weather conditions that she would of been driving in on top of all of it and also all the problems that we were having with the trailer lights so I told my wife to send the own that she would go as far as the pettro truck stop in bordentown nj and that's it until she got all the lights on the trailer working properly or she would not drive the truck any further until she got the problems taking care of because I don't want my wife messing up here CDL license like I myself has with all the new laws and the new PSP program in place as we all know all to well its very very easy a quick to do now days so after my wife got to the pettro truck stop in bordentown nj she called the owner and she adviced my wife to get fuel after she got done fueling she called the owner of R&W transportation inc and once again made her aware of the problems with the trailer lights and that the shop that had just got the lights on the truck working properly also stated on the repair bill that the trailer needed to be completely rewired and rebulbed and that there was a shop right there at the truck stop and the owner wanted her to keep going from my understanding at that time I told the owner if she made my wife pull out of the truck stop with out getting the repairs taking care of I would personally call the NJ DOT and report it so my wife would not jeopardize her CDL license at that port it caused problems between my wife and my self and the owner took advantage of that and took advantage of my wife's inexperienced and that my wife is a women and is only 26 years old and it was very cold out and was a very long way from are home town of atlanta ga and in using all of that in the owners favor took advantage of the situation and not exactly what all transpired between the owner and my wife after that because the owner stopped texting or calling myself and just communicated solely with my wife by text and phone were I could not hear what was taking place and a few hours later the Bordentown nj police showed up at the truck and side that the owner of the company wanted me out of her truck so the police made me get out and would not let me get hardly get any of my property witch I could not carry much on my back so all I could get was a back pack and was forced to leave all my property behind witch including was all my clothes my blankets pillows gps laptop medicine and a lot more and the police put me in the back of the police car took me away from the truck stopand was ttold not to return I had no money what so ever it was about 5 am snow everywhere and around 15 degrees and only had a hoody had to get my family to get me a bus ticket back home to Atlanta ga no money for food or anything now i have been back in ga for almost 3 days now and yet still don't have any of my property and don't know when I will receive my property back or if I will have contacted the owner of R&W transportation inc several times by text and asked were her truck was with my property and when will it be back in ga and the only reply I received from the owner if any is that she was going to file changes on me for harassment witch I don't think I am harassing her I want mypproperty and her to stop running the drivers as she does ... and have much much more information about the company as well if any one would like to hook up with me and stop this women from taking advantage of the drivers and braking the LAWS OF THE FMCSA AND US DOT PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP AND LESS WORK TOGETHER AND ST HER PLEASE ...
