Ok, here goes. I will put MY money where my mouth is.

I have an account that I am now running that will take me out one of two routes (two different locations for delivery) anywhere from 300 to 360 miles and bring product back along the same route (return trip comes from same location but delivers at many different locations). I can stop at the same place to remove/add the Eco unit.

Over the next 4-months I should be able to get 6 runs out on each route with and without unit (24 total runs) and 10 runs back with and without the unit.

I will stop at the same truck stops every time, fill-up, remove the unit when doing the without test, run the load, stop at same truckstop at the end, fill-up.

If the there is bad weather or wind above 10-15 mph I will not use that run as a test. If we get a bad stretch of weather I will extend the test.

Please let me know if this is not clear.

As far as loads. Outbound are always 77-78K big, lots of wind drag loads. Return are 70-78K (any under 70k will not be used) low, less drag.

That equates to .055 percent increase five and a half percent.
At $4.00 a gallon that is 22 cents per gallon savings. In two 300 gallon fillups that is $132.00 in savings to you. In 1800 gallons of fuel you pay for the unit. After that it is in your Hip National Bank.

Thanks, Dice for the Tacoma Forum link. Human psychology is interesting, to say the least. The language and tone used by the "believers" there is the exact same as that of the "believers" here. And if y'all believe for a minute that the salesman doesn't know that his comments elicit those similar responses, I have a bridge for sale. P.T. Barnum grows wiser by the day...

You're wasting your time Bill. You will never convince them of anything. It's not controlled, placebo, yada, yada. These guys are smarter than everyone else. Dice will continue to be front who shills any product that lines Kevin Rutherford's pockets with endorsement money while blasting those that don't. Our mpg's are figment's of our imagination. These guys just know better. Answer and excuse for everything.

That is the only thing I don't like about Ruterford is he endorses that Turbo 3000 Veda thing. I know several people that have used that and they all say that did nothing. I have seen on here where just about all you guys running the Ecotaz have had good results. I get real close to 8 mpg with my truck with no modifications just running slow. would like to see what I could get with some changes.

Should have pulled the 3000 off and got a baseline first.

    Amazing! :biggrin_25513:

    Hmmm...

If it made more power wouldn't you see a little more boost?

What do you mean boost drops off faster?

Ben says it makes 11 extra horsepower, I believe he got that from a dyno test? I don't see how that small amount of power gain could net these so called gains in fuel mileage.

Well at least we now all know that ECO-Systems has created a second job for Dice and Oscar the KW. When they are not driving they are furiously looking at how to DISCREDIT ECO-Systems by searching and researching everything they can. All of this without ever trying or knowing anything about our product. At the beginning there were 14 testers and in the last 6 months there has been several Owner Operators that bought units, several have purchased several units and NONE have returned the units even those that purchased, none have asked for a refund.
What Dice and Oscar have not mentioned is that there are over 20,000 twenty thousand school buses and comercial trucks using ECO's in Central, South and West Texas. Tug Boats and Shrimpers from Palacios, Texas down to Brownsville are enjoying the benefits of saving serious money with the ECO's and Hundreds of Oil Field service Trucks are all very satisfied with their savings. Oil drilling companies are putting the ECO's on the motors running the drilling rigs. Several hundred Sheriff and Police Department vehicles have been using ECO's for over 4 years as well. Much of this info is on our website at www.etieco.com
Bottom Line guys is that in marketing when a product WORKS it sells itself.
Word of mouth is the best sales with any product. Talk to anyone that has used ECO's and they will tell you "It is Worth The Investment".
It is like I said in the beginning. It is your money, you can keep more in your pocket using an ECO-System or you can leave more of your money in the fuel pumps with out it. No one is twisting any ones arm, and you have nothing to loose. We have a 100% money back guarantee. You are the one paying for the fuel in your truck. Want to INCREASE your profit? We can help you! The Professionals here on this Forum have proved it.

Doubtful I'd see more boost. Not talking about that much extra power here. Don't really pay as much attention to boost gauge as others anyways. It pegs at 31.7 I think on CAT id because the ecm won't allow it to read any higher than that. I can occasionally peg out at 40psi on the other gauge most times 35 is the norm. My truck already had more than enough power. I never downshifted much before anyways. Throttle response is smoother but I'm sure now that is placebo. One thing that is for certain is my mpg's have gone from low to mid 5's up to high 5's and low 6's. Never had that consistency before Eco but again I probably dont know my truck very well it's likely more placebo.

Good reading over there on how that Ben worked the pick up truck forums with the magical tube way back in 2007 till it got burnt out and now he is working the trucking forums with the exact same BS several years later. Ben has had alot of practice with the forum sales BS and his sales tactics have not changed with the so called Human psycology using the "believers".

The Chemical Engineer there sure did rip him a new one!

I posed the question a while back. Controlled environment, same fuel, same engine, no wind, etc.

I'm starting to think that it hasn't happened because it is much more advantageous to let people believe it works instead of actually proving it works.

It's pretty simple. If I had a product I knew would work - I would prove it on a dyno and bring this whole conversation to a screeching halt.
