Will a no proof of insurance and improper equipment count as a moving violation? I think the insurance ticket was dropped but I had to pay the improper equipment. It was about 7 years ago. Thanks for any help!

I don't think those are considered moving violations. You should be able to google your state and moving violations to find out.

I don't think USX goes back 7 years. If I recall correctly they only ask for the last 5. I certainly didn't tell them every moving violation I ever had.
