I have a good MVR and some minor accidents/incidents on my DAC. No DOT reportable ones, nothing crazy, no rollover, jackknife etc. I just made noob slow maneuvering mistakes. I'm actually listed as "review required before rehire" by the company, I'm assuming retraining, I was a good driver (ie, not an ahole nutjob pot head), just made some booboos.
Now, I am looking at the Bakken and want to know if there are companies that aren't into DAC or if they are if they might be more lenient since they need so many people.
I don't expect to work for the best of the best, as I am not the best of the best, but good enough would work. If anyone has any thought please share. PLEASE do not reply bashing me for being a horrible person who should work fast food! I screwed up, I don't deny it, now where do/can I go from here.
North Dakota (Bakken) companies that don't care about/or lenient on DAC

I wish I knew of some companies to suggest, but may I ask what specifically you were cited for on your report, and how old are the incidents?

Check craigslist. If they pay 1099 they are probably crooked enough to hire a operator with a bad driving record.
Dont Knock fast food ... Micky D's and Subway pay a pretty penny for their employees up in Willison -
I had an offer like that in a parking lot, the guy was impressed I was pre-tripping and offered me a job. He said, paper logs, do what you please. I was in "good boy" mode then and said "I wanted to run legal" lol.
