I have 10 GB too and have never come close to the limit. Video streams are what will kill you. Gaming takes hardly any data as you're merely syncing data with the server, not video. When I was doing local work I'd spend a good 6-10 hours a day playing games online and it barely added to what I normally use.Last edited: Mar 18, 2012

Does anyone have experience with T-Mobile?...particularly in the western 11 states?
I intend to set up with T-Mobile and their Galaxy 2 here in a month. I play MMORPG's (think World of Warcraft) as much as possible. I was planning on tethering my laptop to my cell phone to game with. I've been with T-Mobile for many years, but this is the first time I've gone online with them.
Any thoughts?? -
Not to change the topic too much but have been doing more research on Tmobile, my favorite company, and for $80 you can get unlimited data up to 5gb and then they simply slow you down instead of ripping you off for $10 a gb like Verizon. Anyone using Tmobile? With the plan as long as you don't go off the main towers a lot you aren't hit for roaming. Have been on trips where I have roamed and never a problem with them.

LOL...we posted the same question at the same time.

Wow, posted mine and you were on the same page lol. Tmobile is awesome, sure would like to use them over the others if the input is good on here. -
haha...
Ya, I've been very happy about their cell phone service and general customer service, I would like to stay with them.
I haven't heard much about their online service save....they seem to be better in the major cities than Verizon, BUT not as good outside of those cites. -
My online experience has been good with them but that is just in the midwest so like you wonder about the rest of the country. When I had a full plan data roaming worked fine as well.Boogers Thanks this.

Something to think about on the mifi is using it as a router. I have a wireless printer/scanner and it works great for scanning documents or printing stuff emailed from the company or others. I can fax through an internet fax service for a lot less than $2.00 a page. I've had numerous times that I picked up a trailer without a registration or inspection sticker. FM just emails it and I print it out.
KansasWhirl Thanks this.
