I'm thinking of comming to IRT in Clovis Nm. I put my app in and talked to Amy but I haven't set a date for orientation yet. Just wondering how its going there as far as getting the miles. I know its not the best paying job per mile. I like hauling food grade tank I dove for AMPI back in the 80s so I know sitting at a plant can sometimes be a pain. I have read most of the post on here but was just looking for an update

I personally don't have a clue. I've been here almost 5 months and have yet to see a terminal that isn't winter haven.

They say angel outta clovis keeps ya running when I was down there for 2 weeks I ran milk out and deadhead back to clovis I know we pick up bad milk out of dallas and bring it back to calf farms. I guess irt picked up a new milk contract in nm that's why amy and tony have been out their recruiting. Every driver I talk to says the miles are in clovis.

Looks like I will be doing orientation on april 2nd. I will be giving my notice where I work now and finishing up a dental app on the 30th and leave for Clovis on the 1st. I'm hoping I can get the drug test and phycial done before I go out so maybe I can get going as soon as possible

Well after waiting 5.5 hours to get unloaded in cincinatti, driving 3 hours to get a tank wash and waiting 2 hours (so far) for my tank to get washed, my 14 is shot to hell. I'll get up to Montpelier to pick up the load, but thats it. Tomorrow is gonna be a lonnnnnnnng day.

I saw number 9#9 today, chased it down for about 3 hours, pulled into truck stop, said high and tried to introduce myself. The guy looked at me like I was on drugs. I get outside and number was 959...
