why because there are 375,000 Class a Drivers in NC and who knows how many in SC, and only a hand full of good paying jobs. Oviously they arent always hireing and have 10000's of apps to go threw, im not going to do anything to make that list any longer. As you know i'll do anything i can to help other drivers, but NOT at the exspence of my career, i've earned a local job, im not going to hand a driver with 1 yr exp all the tools he needs to walk in and take the job before i can/do.

because a OTR driver who clearly knows NOTHING but BFI wages was doubting an Experianced driver telling him that they're are $70,000 trucking jobs....that can be easily had IF you know where to go. His post was simply proving his ignorance about the industry he "works" in.

You missed what I was saying. Why bother mentioning there are local jobs making 60-70k if your not going to give out names of these companies?

It's not a big secret that after a newb gets a couple three years experience under his belt that he can start looking at these jobs.

It just drives me nuts when drivers post on here "I know where you can go and make bla bla bla amount of dollars at a certain company" but won't give the name of that company. I am sure I am a real threat to stealing your job.

Alright this horse is definitely dead. I am done beating it :biggrin_2559:

Dang, I checked in hoping for links to all these 60k to 70k truck driver job openings for local drivers with little or no experience. Nothing except the continued bulls h I t.

    Back to my cold Hefeweizen.
