Watkins "PJE" ?

    Hello all, can anyone give me a heads up as to what the PJE entails?
    I was told Friday that the safety director will be calling to conduct a PJE.
    Seems to be a LOT of happy drivers here and I'm looking forward to becoming one of them if possible.

    I had seen your thread about the HPE prior to asking, but actually my email clearly states that I'm ready for my PJE. Ms Hess said in her email that the safety director would call to conduct a phone interview known as a PJE. Her words.

    Guess its a simple typo

    Yeah he goes over the training you have the Physical stuff etc. He will ask you a few trick questions and just answer them the best you can, No biggie. He will ask you what your expectations are etc. Like I said no biggie, if you can't make it thru this phone call don't call dispatch asking for a RO to repair a flat on the road...
