Anyone else get a class action form about DAC/HireRight lawsuit?

I just looked at it again its says void if not negotiated within 90 days of issue

when you filled your claim did you submit forms with them claim or just did a claim

 

I submitted a claim . told them how hireright cost me a job in 2009 from false information on their report.

 

oh ok so no forms were submitted i did the same thing just checking so the people who sumbmitted actuals forms probly got more did you do it online or by mail

 

recieved mine in the mail today for $4,124.26

 

So exactly what is this all about? You guys do know the lawyers are gonna split most ALL that money before you get any.

 

Oh now I remember I got this weird post card in the mail too. It was a check and yes cleared the bank for grand total of $18 and some change. I wondered what that was about. Now I know.

 

I got my settlement check today $4,124.26 Happy as flys on u know what!

 

glad to here everyone got at least 4 gs for actual damages
