What does the contract say? My contract is very specific about what shape the truck has to be in, how much notice I must give and any other financial penalties. I realize for the op it's too late now, but for any one looking at a company lease these are issues you need to know before signing the contract. For the op if you don't have a contract, or don't understand what it says I would see what I could do to get the help of a lawyer. In the end it the few hundred now might save you thousands later.
Just signed a 5 year scam lease with Trans Am

I talked to a TransAm L/O last week - he said that the 5 year lease he signed last month was walk-away. You might be fine to just turn the truck in.
It's also possible that you have a bad FM. Contacting someone in the company at a management / executive level may get some results. -
Gotta call BS on that...

I see it as long as it gets me from point A to point B,does'nt matter.Drivers are too picky. But I am curious about 1 thing,do drivers get to pick the trk they want if they lease or does the company control that like everything else?AfterShock Thanks this.

I hope its a walkaway lease if not and you cnt get out of it you might have to try and get a job somwere else and then quit its going to be on your dac but youll have a job to support your family definatly return the truck though you dnt want abandonment for it then unfortunatly you have a 10000 dollar learning expierence

I would recommend leasing from C R England. They are a company ran by "trustworthy" mormons/morons.
