I didn't start here as a student but I think most starter companies are about the same. Most people who have problems usually create them themselves.

I have just begun my CDL school here in MN. I've done a ton of research and am still trying to find a company that will continue my training. I'd give up some pay to have good training to start. Schneider and Roehl seem to show up a lot for students although both have pretty short training periods. Crete doesn't have any MN schools on their "approved" list and they haven't responded to my email inquiries in 2 weeks. Crete seems it may be best for both training and pay. I've also looked hard at flatbed companies TMC and Maverick. PM me if you want some book recommendations or to discuss my findings as a student. Good luck!
