    So what is better. I have almost always heard to go Non per diem. Can someone please explain which would be better for a newbie?

    ok, thanks, I have looked at that many times and just overooked the vacation parts

    at least I don't miss my turns on my way to destinations like that :)

    It looks like Millis gives you more vacation time with the per diem...so ther must be some of benefit to them paying that way

    Non per diem is better when you want to qualify for a loan because it will show you earned more.....I may be wrong on that, but I think that is right
