know what your talking about before you chime in. Whoever bought the trailer IS RESPONSIBLE for removing all logos and signage that DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO THE TRAILER REGRISTRATION INFO!! If the regristration says one thing the trailer has to match. It makes better sense to say that they SHOULD have removed the signage themselves to keep these things from happening. Budd like most other companies lease then turn in the trailers and where they turn in the trailers is the place that sells them.

 

Since my post was directed at the person CRYIN about how the fact the NAME was not REMOVED reflected back on his outfit and HAD he removed ( his responsiblity ) it there would have been NO back lash.

Maybe you better KNOW what your reading before before you comment in a know it all manner.

 

Any PRUDENT carrier will see that all his logos and signage are removed at lease termination be at the depot or his own facility for a PRUDENT carrier would not to RISK his trademark out of his control.

This is on BUDD for not insuring the removal of his logos before releasing the trailer.
