D & R LOGISTICS are using truckers to run racketeering business

    D & R Logistics in Romeoville, ILL are the biggest crooks in the industry. The fly you up to Chicago. Pick you up from the airport. Take you the office, give you all your paperwork and then RUSH YOU out the door to pick up a load. They assign you a rageddy ### truck, no ac or heater, windows don't let down in truck. No permits in truck, The run you FOR DAYS, hold your first check for two weeks then on the third week for you to get paid, THEY DON'T PAY YOU!!! You going back and forth with them about your paycheck but yet in still they booking loads for you.. At there office in Romeoville, they have all kind of exotic sports cars park inside their warehouse. Once you deliver a load the calling you, harrassing you to fax invoice to office so they can get paid but when its time for you to get they want to argue with you about your money..THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND THEY ARE RUNNING AN ILLEGAL RACKETEERING BUSINESS AND USING TRUCK DRIVERS TO DO IT WITH..IF ANYONE WHO KNOWS SOMEBODY THAT WORKS FOR D.O.T IN ILLINOIS PLEASE INFORM THEM OF THIS COMPANY... D & R LOGISTICS and their sister company IMPERIAL TRUCKING!!!!

    sounds like one of those Euro run companies...there are a few of them here in michigan...a friend of mine got scamed by one of them..kept his first three weeks pay and told him they told him they were going to when they hired him..witch was bull because he would never have gone for that...and to top it off he was dipatched from Bosnia..:biggrin_2556:..

    It is easy,,, since you are in the local area and can call them. Also go file a police report? Or whoever it is.

    Calling the police won't do any good. It's a civil matter but if they are this bad. He could call the state attorney general and file a complaint with them.

    Big Brah,

    My husband worked for D & R Logistics and they owe him and many others a lot of back pay. We plan to take the necessary steps to get his money. Let us know if this applies to you.

    @ Illinois Trucker 1, yes this does apply to me and a few trucker friends of mine...These people come over here to our counrty and use truckers to run their illegal racketeering business..

    When will people learn stay away from any company headquartered in any of the suburbs around chicago, they are XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, their drivers drive crap and drive like they bought their cdls, oh yeah they did when george r. was in office
