I'm New

Dang, this is my welcome post stuff...shouldn't you be stalking me, lol!

 

As of yesterday, I passed all my written tests including all endorsements! so I have my permit and can begin hands-on training. Monday I'll start training at the yard to pass my driving test. I'm also becoming certified for heavy equipment, so that may be a plus as far as what sort of job I will be qualified for after all is completed. I'm very excited, and I keep reading these forums to learn all I can from everyone's experiences. Thank you!

 

So, I've got my CDL in hand with all endorsements, and now I'm looking for employment. The better otr Co's seems to want their new employees to have stable employment. But if I would have had stable employment, would I have trained for a new career? I don't want to have to go work at CRST (Crusty) Trucking!

So, I'm cold calling. I need some luck and a prayer, so can you help me out?
