Oh my goodness! That sure is a pretty truck. :smt060 Miss the stacks though.

All of the gliders with Schneider are Columbias. I have one and can't complain yet.

How does SNI measure miles? I see Roehl boasting it uses "practical miles" and wonder how that would compare with Schneider. I'm sure none use hub miles so not clear on differences. Roehl says they try to get drivers 2300-2600 but from what I'm reading here SNI OTR may be getting consistently more.
-
I was told SNI pays HHG. Which is considerably less than practical. Rule of thumb is HHG is about 10% less than actual miles driven and practical is roughly 5% less. Of course that is ballpark, sometimes those percentages are higher and sometimes they are lower.
-
I think its zip code to zip code. Sometimes I drive a little more then I'm paid for, sometimes less.
-
Schneider still use the old home movers guide. You get screwed out of about 10 % every trip. Practical is not much better.

According to what I was told, they are no longer paying HHG miles (zip code to zip code). Ever since I switched over to workflow my miles have increased. Someone on support shift mentioned they no longer pay zip code to zip code, they pay actual now. Well, it's still short, but it's a lot more than the old system. Maybe they did this because they anticipate less people getting their bonuses on the new system? I don't know.

Seems like there are lots of complaints about "workflow". I'm not exactly sure what it is but how has it affected your miles at SNI, if at all? I'm guessing this is new and they have LOTS of bugs to fix. Doesn't sound like its helping your work flow at all.

You guys still getting the miles you were prior to this great new system?
