Only if you bring one. You take all your stuff out with you each week.

I did 7/4-7/3 for 2 1/2 years before leasing my own truck. If your "pod" is full there will be three drivers slip seating two trucks. When things go according to plan you will leave on Wednesday and return on the following Tuesday. Next you will leave on Saturday, returning the following Friday. Thus the three days and four days at home. Pay periods are still weekly, so you will have a short week and then a full week of pay. The more organized you are the easier it is to get in and out of the truck. My wife and I had it down to a science with about four boxes, plus my cooler.
Most drivers use one of the thermo-electric cooler type fridges. They work off of 12v so the lack of an apu isn't an issue. Annual pay should be around $30-32k a year.
Slip seating is a pain and not being able to take the truck home is also a pain. Having predictable hometime was nice, even if it was rather rigid. If holidays or special events happen while you are scheduled to be in the truck you won't be at home. After you get vacation time you can save it to have at least Christmas and New Years at home. -
I was lucky on 7/4 7/3 I run out of w. Memphis and had the truck to myself no slip seating, best thing to do if possible is hang on to last run of your full week and turn it in on next week
