Tire Explosion

no guessing in that instance what happened.....

 

That does it. When I get back on the road; i'm gettin' a camera. A real CYA tool.

 

I had a trailer tire let go once and it left little pieces all over the highway behind me.

I thought a bomb had gone off!

 

lost a cap on a right side drive tire. Case never blew though.

Scared the crap out of me.

 

have you ever get tire explosion in 3-4mille tunnel ....sounds like a bomb

 

I do believe I would've pooped my pants. What's almost as scary is being 50 ft behind and a lane to the left on I-55 in Chicago of some scab with a junk truck/dump trailer combo and he blows two drive tires...cloud of dust, rubber flyin everywhere and cars scatterin. lol.

 

gonna need a new fender lol. Sucks to be that guy...

 

On Volvo FH trucks when pass side steer explodes it damages air driyer and DEF injector.

I gonna post many pics from my work of blown tire damage. Really terrible pics.

 

Pay attention on skilled russian driver, he gently parked his truck w/o any other damage...

We can see he's a real profi
