Hey ya'll, I'm Jeff, new guy from Knob Noster, Missouri! I have read a lot on the site and decided to stop lurking and join up. I start class on the 23rd of this month at West Wind CDL center in Cuba, Mo. Thinking about going with Swift for my first company. I have found the CDL practice tests on the site, they have been a great help and wanted to say thanks!
Alittle about me, I am 22 years old, been married over a year now. I just got out of the Air Force for about 4 years (Building bombs aka AMMO!). I have always wanted to be a truck driver, have been around them all my life. My Grandpa was the owner of Kluener Meat Packing and Food Dist in Cincy and Fairfield, Ohio. Dad would take us on his routes also when he drove for Buckeye Trucklines and Osborne Trucking in Fairfield, Ohio. For those PTL and Jacobson drivers who had loads of Pella windows and doors back in '08 going to H and O Dist, I helped unload the trailers. Sorry for the wait....lots of loose, heavy hand humping stuff. Enough about me, glad to be here!
