Can anyone tell me the average amount of miles teams are making a week? Also, if a friend of mine and myself are recent school graduates, what model and year of truck will we get issued if we go as a team right after orientation?
Thanks for the help!!

Not sure about the miles as I'm solo, but you can pretty much expect to get a late model Volvo or Cascadia. I also have seen some new Prostars that are being assigned to teams. Most likely is you'll get a Cascadia.

It depends on the team.
I know one team that gets 5400 a week (dedicated account). With weekends at home.
Other teams run balls to the wall, on dedicated loops.
OTR teams are listed as #1 for truck replacement and upgrades. While you might not get a brand new truck out of the gate. It wouldn't be too long before you had one. -
Thanks for the info..
Are the trucks the same models that the Solo drivers get? I think I read somewhere that the trucks are white ones for teams and they are Governed at 70? I am probably mistaken... -
white trucks usually go to dedicated accounts.
I think team trucks are 67mph if not mistaken.
solo's and teams get the same models, but teams usually get the new ones first. -
What is the cpm for a new team? My husband and I are considering Schneider after school.

can u tell me what is the average pay weekly..?....( taking home )

The team on the dedicated I spoke with. Said they were knocking down just north on $1100 a week, each. With weekends off.
Please don't take that to mean every team does. I'm sure there are differences. Just as there are for us solos.Roadwarriorking Thanks this. -
That would be pre tax

Sorry I missed your post. You would really need to speak with a recruiter. The pay varies so widely here. Plus you guys would just be starting out.
One thing I can tell you. The guy that recruited me, is a saint. He didn't lie to get me in the door. He simply asked what I expected, expanded on it with each answer.
And now I'm here. 17 months later, a still very happy.
Although I am a bit miffed about getting home late. But that was caused by the customers. Not Schneider.
