.....Further more... I said "The bigger the place, the more often youll wait." Or something like that. I didnt get loaded til 0300 this morning, secured load, tarped, got to bed after 0630. Up for over 24 hours straight. Got six hours sleep, then drove all day. Trying to wind down now.

 

O ya. Id come up with a good come back, but Im exhausted. Took 10 chains to secure these coils I got now. My appointment was for 2200 last night. They were doin the best they could at getting trucks loaded, but they were packed. Never had to wait like this at that particular place. O well. We were only able to do 390 miles today, got 798 left for a Friday drop.

 

I dont drop til Friday. Have an open appointment til 1500. And Ill be in the perfect place to get a good weekend load. Between San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, and Laredo. Prime Flatbed hot spots.

 

The rate maybe great out of Jacksonville, but the best place to get a load is in Texas. Need a good load for the weekend.
