See the bar above, on the left side(your military left) click User CP

That takes you to your member Control Panel (CP), A new page will open and on the left side of the page. You should see a column,

Under Settings & Options, click Edit Signature

This is where members get to personalize their signature. Whatever you do, please don't post pics or a signature as big as Mount Everest.
