Florida, question for dedicated general account..?

    hello... Im from Miami Fl ... and im getting my CDL license soon... CDL school recruiter told me i can choose OTR or Dedicated general account...

    i dont mind to take OTR....but how Dedicate general account runs in Florida.. ?

    drivers get paid good...?...

    pay by miles or hourly..?...

    average pay weekly after taxes.?...( taking home )

    hometime..?..

    dedicated driver get pay the same or more as a OTR driver.?..

    I was told by my FM that USX no longer wants any solo OTR from Florida. Of course he could have been BSing me because he wants to keep my team together. (My co-driver is not working out.)

    Very much true which unfortunately is why I no longer work there. They prefer any solos be lease operators. There exceptions were dedicated accounts.
