Is it possible that im getting noise threw my antenna and not threw the power. I have a filter on the power rite at the radio, Somthing weired happen on the way home I was getting wipper noise but didn't have my wippers on. So i was thinking my antenna was picking up noise from someone next to me. Am i crazy?

Probably

But what you described is possible... -
What can i do?
-
not.. be next to that person anymore?
-
Yea , but it picks up my fan and wiper too thats why i had put a filter on the power end but still get the noise
-
The brushes inside the motors cause sparks that are picked up by the AM radio receiver (CB is AM radio). The best and maybe only way to eliminate this is to install capacitors across the brushes to suppress the noise. Here is a link to an article with some information for you.

That was real interesting

I drove a 2 units that did that. It was something wrong with the alternators. They still charged but still made noise in my CB. But when the truck was off noise was gone.

Is there such thing as a antenna filter ? If so would it help ?
-
there are what they call band pass filters that you can put in antenna lines, but allow certain frequencies to go thru, while blocking others, but if the noise is being generated at the frequency you want to listen to, won't help.
You may want to try a new coax to eliminate that you don't have some bad shielding somewere on the line. And you could try disconnecting the antenna at the radio to see if you hear it then, but just don't transmit!
