To hire anyone or just women? Because that would be discrimination and very illegal if it was just women.

 

Why does Prime have a years waiting list. Women drivers I know are very safe and competent. Do they mean a year for a woman to be on a team?

 

Do you know that CRST was sued for sexual harassment? The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) filed suit in its own name against CRST alleging that company subjected approximately 270 female employees to a hostile work environment and was responsible for severe and pervasive sexual harassment in its New-Driver Training Program. However, EEOC failed to reasonable investigate and conciliate in good faith its claims against CRST and ended up losing the case. The district court ruled in CRST's favor on a series of dispositive motions that collectively disposed of the entire action. The district court also awarded CRST $92,842.21 in costs and $4,467,442.90 in attorneys' fees and expenses.

 

I could be wrong but I think is what she means is a year wait for a female trainer.Primes hires women all the time.

doored get on here and clarify something for us please,lol.When u say a yr wait to hire women,what exactly do you mean?A year wait for a female trainer,a year wait for a female to team with?I ask because Prime hires female drivers all the time because we're better drivers,lol.Seriously though I have heard its a long wait for a female trainer.

 

If you go training with Roehl be aware, there's a lesbian trainer there who is a real ##### She is rude, unhelpful, verbally abusive, criticizes everything you do or don't do, she shouts at you and doesn't answer questions... and if she doesn't like you, she may invent something to tell company about you and get you dismissed... If you get "her" as a trainer and don't like, call your liaison right away and ask them for another trainer.

 

Yes please... clarify.

If they can hire you, just go w/male trainer.
