they are a small reefer company that runs fancy equipment, take it for what its worth but that always sends up a red flag for a lot of hot logs to me. :biggrin_25525:

i currently am working for monson & sons out of britt, ia; not a bad company, going to e-log slowly. 50 truck operation. get home when u want/need. they won't have u do something that they wouldn't do themselves. when i see ron he always shakes my hand & asks how the miles are & if i'm getting home & he occasionaly dispatches, works in shop, farm, etc. a whole lot better than the outfit i used to work for in boonville, missouri.

Years ago, there was a company named Monson from midwest somewhere, where drivers had to change their own flat tires, if they had one. They carried a spare steer tire mounted on a rim, which could be used for a steer or drive or trailer tire. Also, a bottle jack and breaker bar for the lugs. Only company I've ever heard of that did this, don't know if this is the same company.

trucks are 2012 kw t660 or pete 386; both are spec'd out the same; 450 cummins, 13 spd, 3:42 rears, 22.5 lp tires, 68 mph; call jennifer c. & ask her or call & ask keith or fred. keith will be ur dispatcher, fred handles the construction crew, containers going east & west, keith does just reefers. 36 cpm is all, trucks are ok; also we're going to e-log now, so i am guess there will be some guys quitting over it, some already have. i'll give it a chance but if it affects my check, i'm outta there. any other questions u may have send me a pm
