ok.. I'm looking for some honest answers on JBS western region/7 west division if anyone can answer me of how they like it there would much be appreciated.. All the feed back outside J/J log I have been hearing feed back about east coast and 48 state stuff that sounds more like driver issues then company.. All I really want to know is are they happy running the west or not..thanks

you can't be serious?all the problems these guys are complaining about is there fault?i don't even work there,i just read this for the soap opera.but i can see this co. is having major trouble.you don't keep guys waiting over a day waiting on a 300 mile trip.or ignore getting them home.so what,in your expert opinion are the drivers doing to cause all these problems?
-
LMAO.. soap opera?? you can't be serious reading the same thing I am and read if you can, what I'm asking for before you start talking ####.. I'm asking for opinions from western region drivers thats all.. you can't sit there and tell me it's all the companies fault either.. I never said it was ll the drivers fault either do it's much appreciated if you don't reword or put words in my questions..or see your way out of this thread.. thanks

first off jrzgwdo before I got into trucking I did allot of research on companies including JBS wich is how I came across this thread I started reading it from page 1 it was 602 pages long ...lol and it turned into a soap opera after seeing driver after driver come on here starting orientation then quit months later I started seeing the pattern , finally I found the company I am with now the recruiter diden't B.S me they train the same way JBS dose where the trainer sits in the passenger seat when you drive , out of the 2800 miles we ran our first week I drove half of that do more research theres more then just JBS for inexperienced drivers believe me bro I've been there done that good luck on your journey !
