I keep saying im going to develop a bag of human chow. Just like the dry food that we feed our dogs, but for humans. I think it would go over big.

you can mention brand names, you can't market stuff. So if it's something available retail... it's ok

You would need very good advertising, targeting those into healthy food and those looking for losing weight... So, put a lot of stress on >> LOSE WEIGHT<< IMO, most folks (truck drivers) are interested in meat, meat and meat... A "real" meal... something heavy and "tasty" to fill up their already huge bellies... :biggrin_25523: I use protein shakes when I am hungry but don't have time to prepare something and don't have anything substantial to eat at that moment. It works well for me... it takes care of my hunger for several hrs. But I have developed a different taste for food. Have been vegetarian for 30 yrs and don't eat sugar...

Thanks Rocks, I appreciate it. That is one nice thing about these shakes, they are substantial and keep me well over until lunch if I have one for breakfast (at least 5 hours). I believe one of the best ways to lose weight would be to have a good thick shake (use almond milk instead of reg milk or water?) for breakfast, perhaps a cookie (a big, chewy, healthy one, of course) between breakfast and lunch, another thick shake for lunch, a snack between lunch and supper, then just have a regular full supper. Alternately, a big full lunch (but how many drivers stop halfway through the day to eat a full lunch which is just gonna make 'em tired?), then a shake for supper.

By the way.. NO sugar? at all?? Just curious! I don't know that I would survive without at least SOME sugar! :D

Buy those at WM (many Wal-Marts on highways and some near truck stops). Keep them in a cooler if you can't have a refri.
