ok, on MANY applications, there will be one of two questions, regarding being arrested.

    1) "Have you EVER been arrested"?

    1) "Have you been arrested in the past 5-10 years"?

YOU MUST read the entire application questions, and ANSWER HONESTLY, otherwise, when they do a background check on you, AND THEY WILL, if you lied you will be denied the job due to FALSIFYING the application.

SO for you, I'd be up front with your answers. DO NOT LIE, or you WILL BE LYING the rest of your life.

I wish you well, maybe try some companies like, Yellow, NewPenn, R+L Carriers for dock work, and stay out of trouble, as they may very well advance you up, or fire you if you lie, and they find out about it later.

You should probably brush up on some grammar lessons as well. I'm not saying I'm anywhere near perfect, because I'm not, but if you can't properly convey yourself with only minor grammatical errors, it could hold you back far more than a theft conviction. By the way, theft is the number one big no-no behind violent crimes to disqualify from employment in this industry. Trucking companies will be trusting with you hundreds of thousands of dollars of equipment and cargo, not to mention thousands of dollars of fuel on a weekly basis. Hopefully, you can see why they'd be reluctant to hire a convicted thief without extenuating circumstances.
