I thought Wf was supposed to help the planners pre-plan better?

on the old system, I would 90% of the time have another load before I dropped the current one.

It seems on WF, I am sitting around for hours after I drop my load waiting for another, and I ain't in the mood to call after hours dispatch. I got here 10 mins before my ETD, and was ready at the time of my NAT, that was 2 hours ago!!!

wouldnt be so bad if we got compensation for it.

something to think about, has WF screwed with customers to the point , it takes that long to search for a load?

Supposedly workflow is supposed to help with communications between our customers and our office personal :biggrin_2556:. I've been to multiple customers who were not happy with communications. I had one load that had an open delivery appointment from 0700-2400. Got there at 2000 and they were closed. Went down the street to a Walmart, let support shift know, and then headed back in the morning after my 10. Ended up finding out that they close every day at 1600 and if you show up after hours you can drop the trailer in there yard. The lady wasn't too happy since she had told schneider multiple times about it, and wasn't happy that I had to go through all the trouble when they knew about it but don't tell there drivers.

That's one way but if you forget and hook up... When you get the "more than 30 miles" msg, just reply back with the trailer plate number ;)

That would be too easy and not painful enough... Make'em drive and use it for a few months...:biggrin_2559:
