    What do u mean by performance issues? From him or his drivers? Cause I'm cool with my 2k mile weeks and 48 hrs. home...

    His. My own experience with him was that he would never get my truck into the shop to get things taken care of when I asked him too. I drove around for months with no front side bumber from a deer strike. A couple of other times he just would not take the time to notify the csr to route me through the shop.
    I never complained, but it seems others did about different things.
    He did not have any zeal for the job.
    I wish him the best!

    Well, 7 hrs. Later, 100k mile service complete here in laurinburg, ready to get a load in the am and head home!

    That doesn't sound like anything to get fired over. There must be another issue at hand. It doesn't seem that hard to be a liaison between driver and CSR. All other problems get solved starting with the obligatory "Did you...?" and passing the buck back to the driver (PLEASE read that with a little humor in mind, my speech to text sucks).

    In laurinburg the other day, saw the shop installing new HID headlights on driver of the years (Cheater bar, I think) truck to test them out. They look awesome! If he likes them, they're gonna start installing them in the fleet.

    They can keep them unless there's a promise in there somewhere it will keep people from flashing their high beams at me to remind me to how much of a jerk I am to have my low beams on at night. All the more reason to support solar panel driving.
