Been thinking about that myself. Think I'll see how the next election goes first.
DrtyDiesel Thanks this. -
I hear that. If America makes the same mistake this year then ill hold off.

Is Roehl going with autos in their new trucks or is yours an enigma?
-
Mines from a reefer company they bought out. Roehl only buys straight 10 speed manuals

Can you use an inverter and get your fridge? I'm not going to Roehl till August and after reading this thread a bit, confused on what equipment I'll end up with. Auto or 13 speed? Inverter? APU? Seems like Roehl has a little bit of everything? LOL... I'm wanting to bring the TV and satellite, Microwave, fridge (or at least coleman cooler) X-Box, laptop. All this possible? I'd hate to get stuck with a book and a styrofoam cooler but such is life..

2007 Columbia with apu includes an inverter. Roehl only allows a Max 1,000 watt
2007 Columbia without apu...nothing special.
2011+ cascadia and prostar- batter pack "epu", no inverter.
Some of the flat bed trucks have a 13spd I've been told. I'm not 100% sure though. The blue ones are autos. Red are all 10's

Thanks Dirty! :] I got to thinking and I'll be slipseating so I guess it'll be a surprise each time out lol.. I guess I'll load the truck with what I can use and send the wife home with whatevers left over.. yeah, she'll go for that for a bout a month and then it will be a book and styro cooler ;]
DrtyDiesel Thanks this. -
If you do the 7/7 you'll be in one truck just sharing it with someone else, you do the 14/7 then Its 2 trucks between 3 guys. So you might have the same one every time.
I love having an assigned truck, taking it home. Love it lol

Don't rub it in! LOL! I'd love an assigned truck... Will eventually do the O/O route after my boys get older. I'll be doing the 7/7 to start. If I'm not making enough after 6 months will switch to the 7/3-7/4 fleet. Nice to know we'll be sharing the 1 truck. Wish I was starting tomorrow and not August... By the way, I've been reading this forum for a couple months now and can't thank you all enough for the info that's shared here. It's how I came to choose Roehl out of a zillion and one companys. Thanks Dirty for the info! Hope to meet ya all at some point down the road. :]notezbngrn71, DrtyDiesel and TheTank Thank this.
