How many times have you been inspected in your career? I been inspected 2 times in 15 years. Once in Philly and once in Va on I95. Both times no problems.

I would have to just take a wild guess. In 30 years probably 100 to 200 times all over the US. I've never had a logbook ticket or been put out of service.

With a track record like that, you, sir, are a PROFESSIONAL driver. You obviously have nothing to fear from CSA.

In over 20 years, I have inspected thousands of trucks. Many turned out like Freedhardwoods, a CVSA decal and an attaboy and a thank you very much for being a professional.

5 years OTR 2 times. Second time. No problems, First time, I had a Brand new truck that I was delivering to the owner, inspector wrote me up for having the Fire Ex. in the box and the Triangles were still in the cardboard box also. I never did find where that is illegal, and where the paint in the air line was cracked, NOT the rubber, but the paint. and he wrote a fix it for that. It was because he wanted to prove that a brand new truck could fail a inspection. I got pulled into one inspection station for speeding, I thought it was a 20 mph one and it was a 5. Talked with the officer for nearly two years, laughing and joking about about everything under the sun, then he let me go. I think he wanted company to pass the time that night.

Twice in the 10 years that I have been driving. Answered their questions, and was sent on my way. Though, both times were just for paperwork, nothing else.
