nothing, but that's what makes me thing it's a box issue, i did replace the box 4 times, and all of them felt almost the same but one that was just as bit smother.

In my opinion, you found the problem to be the gearbox when you performed that test. If you can find your local distributor for a Power Steering Specialist rebuilt gearbox, I think your issue will be resolved. Their Quality is impeccable to the highest standards.

fail ! got the pump and gear from Power Steering Specialist, put it in, and now it's even worst, you need two hands on the wheel just to make a turn at 45 mph,wtf !!!!!!!! i can't do this anymore....

Who is doing your work for you? Something is still wrong, if everything has been replaced, something got screwed up along the way. I still think it is something binding after the gear. I really can't think of anything else, maybe you can make some videos of the problem and upload to youtube so we can get a better look at this mystery!!!

That's disappointing! How did you go about bleeding the system?

You have 2 1/4 degrees on the left and 2 3/4 degrees on the right. They actually dropped it from 3 degrees. I have never done that. I always increase them. Most highway trucks in North America like about 5 degrees. Yes, you need more caster. Should have about 1 degree more on the right than the left too.
