My post expressed this sentiment didn't it? But, we all know (Or should) that what is legal under the regulations or a state law is not necessarily comfortable for a company.

I haven't seen every job application for every company, but I do see many applications from many different companies, and there usually are questions concerning traffic convictions in the past three years and another form asking for the same in the past year. Never seen one asking specifically if you've had a ticket for 15 or more over. I'll keep my eyes open though.

Really? It will just appear there or what?

Well a company loooked up my mvr and I had a reckless on it.Back then it was like a yr old,too old to fight it.So I imagine it's on your mvr.You can get a copy of your mvr at the DMV.Only I was parked in a mc donalds lot next to a no parking sign and inside mcdonalds.Guess in Mass that's considered reckless. But had I known that was on my mvr I would have fault. Now its like 7 yrs old so companies hire me.

That must have been the night when you were driving drunk

And this indicates he will have one how?
He stated he had a copy which showed a speeding ticket "from 21 June 2010." "(it was for 15-25 over limit)". No reckless.
Actually not, either your recollection of the facts is aged or there was a mistake. In MA, reckless is a criminal offense one which they would have likely put you in handcuffs for and/or you would been given a criminal summons to appear. Either way you would have known exactly what was going on.

I have a ticket for 19 mph over from 2007. I had to wait until 2010 before the bottom feeder companies would touch me. Now I have to wait until 5 years until more strict companies will hire me. Still waiting for that crap to come off my record. It'll haunt you for a while. Stop speeding!
