I am wanting to hear from people driving for sammons and see how long they are staying out and if the 26% of line haul is covering the house bills?
and if you don't mind, where are you running and are the rates decent?
TIA

saw a bunch of them sitting empty at the T/A in okc

You may have a better chance finding them at the Sammons Trucking Facebook page. I know a bunch of contractors are there on a regular basis.

The one in OK City were waiting on a rig move.

I'm excited to come on just a few more days

sammons recruiter monitering the forum?
hmmmmmm -
The drivers I have talked to are all different. Some stay out 6 weeks at a time and a few I have talked to plan their loads to get through the house every weekend. Since you pick your own loads its all in your hands if and how much money you make and how often you get home.

well south, if your going to do the L/O option, you better plan on staying out 4-6 weeks, was told that today when I got called after I put in a app
-
Did you notice that this thread is 1 1/2 years old? FWIW I didn't go with them as an o/o because they told me the same thing.

Yeah but anyone who posted to it or searched Sammons would see it, that's why I posted it ... just wanted to warn people ahead of time
