    Which companys are good to work for? im about to graduate im no young pup or an old dog either, But i filled out an app for swift, they sounded great but now i am hearing horror stories, same with us xpress and a few others is how one of the best? I really want local but want alot of experience but not to many local companys will train I went to school yes but the 160 course I just want to know the best to work for?

    try talking to your local LTL companies. they hire new guys with minimal exp.

    Ok now I feel kinda stupid but what is LTL? I would rather not go over the road but it seems i will not have a choice thank you for advice just not sure what LTL is

    Bear in mind that you will hear more horror stories than good stories. It's just the way people are wired.

    Something good happens to you, you tell a few friends, it ends there. Something bad happens to you, you tell anyone who stands still long enough, they tell same story as "Did you hear what happened to..."
