sitting across from 90 in long island ny...again....was told there is o/n parking but they have a gate found a small vacant lot across the street maybe thats what the lady meant i barely fit in here

will be on my way back to a yard after this apu decided it was going on vacation it started then showed the alt code then the eng code after resetting 3x...its done it sucks bc it just had a pm in pitt on tues and had maj work done about 3wks ago...sad

 

I guarantee its a ground problem.

Dont feel bad DA1... My check engine light is on. Regen light will be on shortly Im sure. Already done 3 parked regens in a week. Goin to have to get this looked at sometime.

 

You could have a dying altenator too. Make sure they check the output voltage.

It could be a couple of things, but you may be in need of getting the DPF core cleaned out. I'd head in and get it taken care of.

If you get a red engine is going to roll over and die light, you can run it for a few miles at a shot to get to a Freightliner dealer or Detroit Diesel shop. That's one way to find out the true meaning of "it sucks."

What are your trucks governed at? Are they all governed the same? What does "going over xyz and getting mileage pay" mean? Is there a terminal in Minnesota or North Dakota?
