Does anyone know of a company that will provide a maintenance contract for an individual L/O or O/O? I can only find this service available for fleet owners. Any help would be appreciated.

What you have to keep in mind is; with a contract comes a minimum revenue per month, quarter or year for it to be interesting for them to give you a better discounted price(I assume that's what you're after). It's hard to do that if you aren't local. While you can pre-schedule routine maintenance, sometimes you can never tell when and where a breakdown will happen.. As a small company, you need to find good mechanics, tire shops, and welders in the areas you run. Word of mouth is the best, and by trial and error. You can then build a list for repairs to make it easier for you when the ##### hits the fan. Getting a contract will be beneficial for you if your company grows larger, in my opinion.
here's a good website to find repair shops:

    hope it helps
