I agree Blue, don't like this new Forum update. To much blue text and the fonts are way to small to read or tap on a smart phone; which is my only way of looking at these things on the road. This is just rediculouse. It was fine the way it was. Sometimes progress isn't.

They do not update directions I had a bad address that the reciever moved 2 years ago. It's one of the big contracts.

Plat, my DM updates directions for me all the time. I generally call her and tell her what the changes are and I can hear her changing them. I have sent the changes in over the QC a couple of times and the next time I went to that location the directions were changed. Perhaps your DM won't, but I know mine will. She doesn't Like the idea of new drivers getting lost.

NONSENSE
I have updated 3 different sets of directions, and have gone back to the Macro10 for them, the next day, to find them corrected. -
I have sent correct directions for years, sometime a few times for the same place... and after 4 years, not one has been updated/corrcted.

I have also sent updated directions & pulled them later only to find they hadn't been changed. I know sometimes the dm's & office staff get busy, but wish they would confirm that they get those types of msgs.

Question is, why even waste your time with those directions from Macro 10? A lot of those directions, especially on the 48, are coming in from a different direction anyways. The wording is so convoluted you'd think a 6 year old wrote them.

Hey Supertrucker, it was a Armstrong load. so you telling me they are a new account? This reciever gets 2 loads a week from us through them, yes the directions were to the old building in a different town not Brooklyn heights in cleveland. Unlike you I dont say anythung ficticious, I dont lie, vote, or steal. I am just stating one experience with bad directions. I never implied they were all bad. Get a grip, collectively we like it better when you just watch from the sidelines like a cheerleader.
The point is if the address alone
was verified they would of caught it. They moved 2 years ago. I sent the info via qc message the company moved two years ago. -
I never said anything about the new account or anything. ALL I said was directions get updated all the time. Nobody said you lie, just cry and whine all the time. By 'you all like id it better' you mean the people who are miserable and are not having a good experience at May? What I and many other people don't understand is, if you're experience is soo bad here, and you you are so miserable, why do you stay? There are THOUSANDS of companies out there. ALL you do is complain about this one...
