whatever,it's a fact. They need revenue and will not stop inspecting till they find something. That's their job.If you've been out here long enough then you should know many officers are nit pickers.

I plan to roll as hard as I can. Been off the road going on three weeks due to surgery to remove tumor from left kidney. I have a follow up with Dr. on Thursday. Hopefully I will be cleared to drive commercially. Truck and trailer should by ok. Let's roll.
Working Class Patriot Thanks this. -
The last company I worked at had a bad safety rating as well as equipment.Went thru 3 72 hr stings .I kept up with being as safe as I knew how with the poor crap I had to deal with.

I plan on being out. Just two a two-week vacation timed with my wife's employer. Otherwise, I would opt for being home. No sense getting inspected by the guys who NEVER do inspections except for three days a year.
They will find what they want to find -
So true - how many times have we seen the guy with the attitude that then gets the rubber glove treatment. Even when I know I'm hosed (like the recent over weight ticket I got a month ago) I was still polite. Still got the ticket but that was it. Guy in front of me got the ticket, Level 1 and placed OOS. He was calling them all type of names on the CB that the DOT could hear.Working Class Patriot and SheepDog Thank this.

It is because any current sticker and not inspecting is a courtesy. The sticker works in place of an annual DOT inspection. Seems every state has different standards when they see the sticker. CA once was 90-days but CO didn't care. When your number was up they pulled you in.
