Scrub Drivers,yet AGAIN

Nope 2 problems with that theory (1) my FM is a guy, and (2) even if it was a female i usually stay away from fellow whites, I like em with a little color (why I moved to the border).

 

I recognized early on that Con-way and I were not a good long term fit. I paid as much of my "Dues" to them as I could. Judging by recent remarks from the current regulars, seems alot of dissatisfaction in the ranks. Alot more than I can recall in my time on TTR.

 

Why? Conway has rules...you follow the rules (play their game...their way) you'll fit in fine. As for the remarks by "regulars" on TTR...this is 10-15 trucks out of a fleet of 2600....that .0035 % ....just because a few winers and #####ier have an outlet to vent when thing are not rolling the way the need them to go...don't come on here acting like your former company stinks...why didn't you TELL your former coworkers that you sat in INDY from SUNDAY - TUESDAY with no pay either....its the holidays....its the holidays....landing on a Monday (even worse) you normal day in 1/2 weekend run...just turned into a 2 day SIT IN WAIT...im sure if you search TTR you will find alot of driver that sat over the weekend.....it is the same way from XMAS to NEW YEARS....lot of drivers dont even leave the house because of the lack of miles over those two weeks

 

Actually, I am sitting with mechanical issues not a lack of freight. Your continued attempts to deceive are failing.. I don't attempt to make Con-way look bad. You however routinely attempt to twist my posts in a childish effort to make it appear that way. I still refer Con-way as a good option to get started in the industry.

So you waited two days for a PM service? Ok ...you still sat ...as did other as there post on knight driver what's ur 20...I'm not twisting anything ...just explaining they way things are...6 drivers on here posting about sitting and low miles does not mean the other 2594 trucks running for Conway aren't avg over 2500...I saw the comments on start company and I'm sure the Conway gods will thank you someday lol.... I'm sure knights a ok company ..good luck there!
