Actually got called to do a repower last night. So I gave up 400 miles that delivered friday for 300 miles that delivered in lordstown OH at noon today. Now setting at heinz in freemont OH being loaded and out of hours. This load goes to tracy ca. No matter how I figure my time, I won't have the hours for otd monday. That day delivering in cheyenne and going no where is going to stop me. Run what I can off but then it will be the weekend crew. I guess I better discuss with my DM.

Even crawling around the shipper the nag NAGS and NAGS.

 

How many days r u usually out with Stevens once u get ur own truck? How much home time?

 

It will vary but, typically you will be out 5 to 6 weeks at a time. Then you will get 1 day for each week you were out up to a max of 5 days at home.

 

Well they changed my del appt, so I can keep this load. I will deliver at 2000 tomorrow.
In Winslow at the J. No power. Guess I'll fuel later.
Leave tomorrow at 11:30...plenty of time. Should leave me about 22 hours..just enough to get a load to Ontario, OR and home.
Let's hope....

 

Sitting at a potato farm in the middle of nowhere in FLA. Had a 5PM apt last night but got here in the middle of a torrential storm about 4:30 so they said I would be first to load this morning. Well, this morning they cant get the Harvester to start. They work on it for a couple hours before calling the John Deere mechanic. Several hours latter they finally get it started.

Now still sitting waiting for them to dig the tatters
Only 1 bar on my phone and internet, so its slow as hell and keep dropping calls

Setting in Newton IA for the night... nagagator says I am out of hours for the day. she is correct!
And my DM wants me to run as far as I can get friday also, before he gets to work, then he will look for a repower. and I asked in the middle of no where included. Like Sydney NE, which is as far as I can get Friday... but cabellas would keep me occupied, and broke He is going to learn someday.

And I hear that bango picking clear up here in Iowa.

Seatting here in Astoria, NY I got 6 hours left out of my 56. Drop some items and now heading to the bunker..... After my 6 are done, I will be heading home then back to my full 8. 10-4 Roger that, all clear.....

Well, they had fixed the Harvester ... then the Tractor broke. wtf?

I ended up sitting there until 6PM right when another storm hit, hail included with this one.
Thank God Im outta FLA lol
