thats up to you, being out of sc you should be home most weekends if you want to. I dont work there anymore but i live 1.25hrs from the terminal and would come home for 10's, 34's, and hometime whenever i wanted...I stayed out for weeks or months at a time too

TX runs out of Conover were always very good to me, I actually used to request them...

when i first started i stayed out almost 4 months till i took my 1st home time, but i did that by choice. should be easy to get home

Not an attempted hijack here. It's just that I had so many posts on this thread AND many here tried to help me; I'd like to insert an update. If you don't remember; I was the older guy with old experience and also had an old criminal record & was obviously having a hard time returning to the industry. Anyway, I went to a comm. coll. TD school and was then hired by SuperService. Out of trainer truck now ( shadows of 'werner trainer craps himself' ) Glad THAT"S over. Just want to thank everyone for their encouraging words.

 

Also, is it safe to leave your car at the terminal? I heard hickory/conover has quiet a car theives everywhere.
