I haven't seen much of anything to be honest so far.
Hit 2.Scalehouses so far headed north on 95,no inspections at all, there was one going on at the southbound scales near Lumberton..
maybe they are nailing people going around the scales,or just doing random kamikazie type inspections
on exit ramps(didn't see this either)or the secondary roads or such
*shrugs* -
Yep they were helping the US Marshalls ferret out nefarious officers of the OPUC.

Ok, just to clarify, my company has the qualcomm e-log with the color screen and graph, so that would be an EOBR, and a laptopwould would require the printer? I'll admit its a dumb question, but i'd rather know now than finding out the hard way, and before the #### "anti- guvmint" types hijack the thread with more of the political b.s. like they do with every other thread here. Thanks in advance.!

I hit a total of 3 scales during this years Roadcheck 2012. The Tennesse scale on I-24 was backed up passed the "full" mark so I bypassed it, and the two scales in Wisconsin I hit yesterday and this morning were all CLOSED.

(b) Information requirements. (1) Automatic on-board recording devices shall produce, upon demand, a driver's hours of service chart, electronic display, or printout showing the time and sequence of duty status changes ncluding the drivers' starting time at the beginning of each day
That is from part 395.15 covering the specs for AOBR's( the regulation we have to operate them under since 395.16 was tied to the bad actors rule which was ordered suspended) and how it must be able to display a drivers RODS.
Since QCom is an electronic display I would say that is covered.
Here is the page covering use, methods, and equipment requirements

Back in.... I want to say May of 2011... I saw them at the northbound POE in Jefferson, SD. So of course the SD DOT had to have their own dog and pony show to keep up with the Joneses.
