My wife teaches the two year olds at daycare, some days she has as many as fourteen and only one aide. She is in that room for ten hours a day with one 30 minute break. I have been informed that if we didn't have a child already, we would be childless. Her favorite is when they do something they shouldn't and then tell her "That was a sad, sad choice."
Is Roehl ever going to get any new equipment?

Kids are a just more fun to talk about then roehl... my boy seems to time his BMs with bath time... funny a little but not while I'm washing him.

Kids are better than Roehl... My daughter just graduated last night. Two down, one to go... My youngest goes to take his driving test on Tuesday... The wife and I had a bit of scare last week, she thought maybe she was pregnant... A trip to the doc and a quick test cleared that all up. 22, 18, 17 and newborn, nope not for me!!!

You know, if you taught them to slow down, stay back, yield to others, expect the expected, reduce the risk, know what's happening, and prepare to drive, we can dovetail the Children-part, right back into the Roehl-part, practically seamless! (and for those of you keeping score, yes, I did type them all from memory.)Meltom, T-Lady, DrtyDiesel and 1 other person Thank this.

That or they couldn't cut them back enough lol! Should be launching out tomorrow, no pre-plan on me yet though. I do have a question to ya'll flatbedders, what type of ladder do you use? In these 7 days I had off, I was extremely lazy and had alot of fun spending time with the family. I did a little bit each day with getting myself prepared for the next trip out but the one thing I neglected was a ladder. Any thoughts?

I seen a lot of flatbedders with little giant ladders...i used them in constrution when i did construction....they are nice light compact and extend to decent lengths...they are a bit on the pricy side though..

Well price does and doesn't really bother me. I hate to spend a ton of money but on the other hand I'll have it for awhile so I guess it pays off. Prices seem to start at 199.99$ for a simple A frame from them. But if that can get me on top of a load with no problem then that is the type of ladder I'll use. My main thing is I'm not a small guy, yes I'm young but climbing stuff doesn't come easy to me. Gravity is a #####!

get a 6' fiberglass ladder you guys do alot of tarping you'll need it. I only had a 4' fiberglass ladder but i didnt tarp much, and if it wasnt big enough and the customer wasnt go to help, it wasnt getting tarped period.
fiberglass ladders are color coded by weight rateing i had a blue (250lb) ladder, remember it isnt your weight, its Your weight PLUS a tarp/chain/etc.
Aluminum ladders are lighter but arent as strong

They were just on sale at www.woot.com the other day. I want to say you could get a little giant for like 150, I have no need for one so I didn't get one. But that's a sight worth checking out, they have random crap for sale every day.
