So just waiting on um to be thoroughly dead. lol I do strategicaly plan. Most of the time it doesnt matter. Have plenty of time.

Flying J exit 279 I80 Nebraska. Heading right back to pick up more shingles from where I did yesterday... AGAIN. Apparently nothing heading to the yard. VORAD has gone red 3 times just today. Not including the other 2 times it went red, while it went red. This is getting old. Plus the other things that need to be fixed. Now my APU sounds like its about ready to die when it tries to start up.

 

Port to the Plains travel Plaza on US287 in Lamar, CO. Had to stop here for the night even though I had an hour left on the clock. Don't think there is any place to park up north of here for 50 miles. Oh Well, up early in the morning and press on. Be safe you all

 

Part of 287 was closed due to the wildfires. Just FYI if youre heading up that way.

 

How far up ORD? I am running up to I-70 then over to I-25 and then I-80 West. Fire seems to be northwest of Denver/Loveland

Yeah, it looked clean when I checked it also. Fire is Northwest of Denver, unless this is a new one lol That time of year

 

It was closed the other day due to the fires. I25 is really covered in smoke. I went through there the other day. Course had a nice little hail storm today here in Nebraska.

course if you take st rt 71 north out of limon you miss that wonderful Denver traffic and pick up the interstate at brush. It's 2 lane but it's all ranches and in decent shape.


That's if you are headin east...........
