Your taller than me lol. But yeah I feel the same way, although a step ladder would come in great handy sometimes

I use that site alot. Love woot offs to. Cheap stuff usually

Treefork... I'm a short guy. Being a big man makes it worse to. For instance tonight I was trying to get on top of this load of particle board like the forklift guy needed but it was loaded to the rub rail at the front and over hang on the back. My boot wouldn't fit in between the boards on the sides so I couldn't get up there. Now if he wasn't rushing I would of made my self get up there but a ladder would of made that a simple process.

Also.. Like DD said. You just a tad bit taller then me haha!

I never used a ladder either. It seemed too big of a pain to keep securing it. Most of the shippers that had tall loads like insulation had ladders available. I also got plenty of rides up from forklifts but lately some didn't want to that anymore.

I have a Little giant type ladder, got it from Wally world for about 120. Used it once right after I got it and haven't needed it since, it is a type 1A ladder, I go about 265 so I need a good one. If I were to do it again, I wouldn't bother with it. I usuallt just climb, I am pretty agile for an old fat guy.

climb up on the chain locker and leap across into space.

have to do that occasionally on baled hay when nobody's looking.

tighten the front strap so you have something to grab before it's too late.

I think all of those particular loads are ornery.
