Hell I think they should be required to obtain their cdl and go on a truck for a week a couple times a year so they can get a small first hand experience of what it is like out here!

Yeah, I talked with Phil in Brooks for my 6-month review, and he talked about drivers leaving in what he seemed to be hinting was droves... I guess I'm moving up toward the top of the heap!
If they can just get me the miles, they might keep me for a bit.
