Just relax and do what they ask you to do, as you will not be there too long in life to worry. Don't get nervous especially before your agility test, and do stay awake. Also if you meet a guy they call "by the book" just be humble and try not to let him get you worked up

well you havent said anything about how much you get paid?????

I have a clean MVR and I don't have issues with drugs. Are there any other reasons that Schnider would not hire someone? It would really be messed up if I put in my 2 weeks notice at my current job and not make it past Orientation.

Then;
Endure a year of being highly underpaid in a hazmat position that you shouldn't even be in cause you have no hazmat, tanker or off-road experience. After the one year gift is complete and you have not rolled over and killed someone's kids then get ya self a job with Cheseapeake (22 per hour and OT after 40. 8K per month if you do your part), Plains Marketing (easy 100K per year in Texas. 140K + in N.D.), Martin (6 - 8K per month), Dillon (6K per month), etc, etc. Add 30 to 50% to those Texas "energy" transport jobs if you are willing to do the N.D. thang.
Good luck to ya.
Remember:
All safe tanker drivers own the wave and respect the surge.
Be careful every moment you are behind the wheel. My kids are driving 4 wheelers down there.JahB, Tractor7127, Ajv1987 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Allie Cat, ^ correct, although I think simply not discussing politics would be an acceptable alternative. Generally, being an "unsmart person" in several possible ways would not help you either. In your case. I don't think that's a problem.
AllieCat Thanks this. -

Question....the Schneider recruiter told me they hold back a week regarding pay. Does that start with the orientation week or does that start from when you're assigned to a truck after being out with a trainer? The example she gave was for the pay when you start hauling. Can anyone confirm that please?
